It was a bad experience staying at the Oakwood. The rooms were not impressive and - unbelievably- there was no hot water in the bathrooms! When the staff was asked, they advised us to ‘try turning the tap to the left’! As if we hadn’t tried it already... Finally brought a half bucket of hot water to the room- too little too late. On the whole an avoidable experience!

During my weekend stay, I found the location of this hotel to be fantastic. Many restaurants and shopping places were within walking distance, making it very convenient. The rooms were also spacious and clean, and the towels were of good quality.
